With Internecine, Jared Anderson (also in Hate Eternal) sets a new standard when it comes to combining relentless aggression with technical perfection. Having worked on these songs for more than five years, he decided that the time had finally come to release them upon mankind.

Since he wrote all music and lyrics, it was nothing more than obvious that Jared wanted to play as many instruments himself, only inviting Tony Laureano (Angel Corpse, Nile) and Derek Roddy (Hate Eternal) to play the drums, and Eric Rutan to enrich the album with some guest solos. All other guitar-, bass- and vocalparts were done by Jared himself.
